Brexit Cooperation Agreements

The political and economic cooperation agreement was signed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Selenskyj in London and reaffirmed that the two countries „will work together to counter Russia`s malevolent influence in Eastern Europe.“ As part of its Mind the Gap strategy, Switzerland concluded a series of new agreements with the United Kingdom early on in the areas of trade, migration, road and air transport and insurance. The aim of this strategy is to guarantee as far as possible the existing mutual rights and obligations. In a second step, cooperation between Switzerland and Great Britain will be strengthened beyond the current level, where it is in the interest of both parties (Mind the Gap +).
